What makes Atlanta such a great place to earn an MBA?
Atlanta has a strong sports industry and is also a major hub for business and consulting. Its lively sports and music scenes make the city even more dynamic and exciting!
Aside from your classmates and location, what was the key part of Goizueta’s MBA programming that led you to choose this business school and why was it so important to you?
What really stood out to me about Goizueta Business School‘s MBA program was the focus on hands-on learning, such as Goizueta IMPACT. Coming from a sports business background, I learn best by doing, and working on real projects with real clients is something I find exciting and valuable. It’s a great way to build the strategic and teamwork skills I need for a future in consulting and sports leadership.
What course, club, or activity excites you the most at Goizueta?
I’m most excited about joining the Goizueta Consulting Association. As someone coming from the sports industry and aiming to move into consulting, I think the club will help me build the skills and confidence I need. I’m looking forward to learning through case practice, meeting classmates with similar goals, and connecting with companies through various events. It feels like a great way to grow and prepare for a career in consulting.
Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far.
My biggest accomplishment was launching the Girls Golf Mentoring program at LPGA, creating lasting value for both junior golfers and golf coaches. By securing sponsorship and designing a meaningful experience, I built a platform that fostered mentorship, growth, and long-term engagement in the sport.
Looking ahead two years, what would make your Emory MBA experience a success?
I want to graduate from the MBA program with the business skills, mindset, and network to drive meaningful change in the global sports industry.
