On Aug. 28, Emory MBAs reconvened from their summer internships to meet their One-Year colleagues and form teams to do good in the community. Over 200 MBAs were engaged in charitable community service with an enthusiasm that is nearly overwhelming. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to lead a team that had a four-hour window to design a STEM education program for Atlanta’s Kroc Center. Twenty-one speakers, five days, and a tour of Washington’s greatest highlights — what a thrilling week to be a part of The Washington Campus! As I reflect on my MBA career, one of the top highlights overall was collaborating as a client/coach this semester as part of Goizueta’s IMPACT program.
It’s over! My two years at Goizueta have come to an end, and as I write this, I have already received my diploma and am now part of the Emory alumni base.
Graduation is here, and my classmates and I are preparing to leave GBS and begin the next phase of our careers. As we close out our time as students, I thought it would be fun to reflect back on five of my favorite experiences at Goizueta.
